Mel and I are anxiously awaiting the arrival of our son! I think we have all of the "necessities" that I can think of to be prepared for his birth, besides maybe a few more blankets, diapers and bottles. I'm sure we'll be making lists and checking them twice, three times, four times before crunch time.
I'm looking forward to having another 3 day weekend (I took last Friday off for a baby appt.). Mel has to work on the Fourth so I'm not sure what I'll do to celebrate. Probably just mow the lawn and relax outside with my yellow lab, Kaia. If anyone as any better ideas (realistically or something that'll make me chuckle), feel free to leave a comment!

Step One: Purchase shovel, 3 ring pool, lawn chair, beer, garbage bags, and ice from wal-mart.
Steph Two: Fill pool with water. Place lawn chair in center of pool.
Step Three: Dig hole approximately 2 feet deep. Line with garbage bag and fill with ice.
Step Four: Put beer on ice.
Step Five: Drink beer.
Step Six: Repeat steps 4-5 as needed.
Oooor, you can try to build a keg out of a watermelon
